Glass Half-full, Half-empty or I want a new glass
There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are
those who, when presented with a glass that is exactly half full, say: this
glass is half full. And then there are those who say: this glass is half
empty.
The world belongs, however, to those who can look at the glass and
say: What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!
Terry
Pratchett, The TruthI got the nicest comment the other day from a young woman named Allison. You can read it here. She commented on how positive and upbeat I am in my posts.
I have to confess it is a struggle. No one wants to read a blog from someone who is constantly complaining about life. So I make it a goal here to focus on the positives or at least the brighter side of things.
This is something I am working on in life too. It takes a lot of energy to be negative all the time. When things get tough I remember that life could always be worse and how fortunate I am.

I'm with you Lee... you know what, when you write about the good stuff (I think) you forget about/obsess about the bad stuff far less. And it let's you look back and say "hey, my life has been good stuff"
I love you
